structure. Additional fees may be assessed for time intensive
art or graphics.

all cases, our fees will be quoted upfront for you to approve prior
to beginning the job. All work is billed upon site completion.

For
assessment of your current site for re-work, please contact us directly.
Prices
listed are for the initial site. New sites include one year of
text updates, communication with the server and search engine
submission. A yearly renewal of $100 will be billed each January
1st for these services.
Additions
to the base site will be billed quarterly, or when account exceeds
$100, whichever is first, and are based on our "Additional
Items" menu above.

day payment terms on all invoices. Any invoice reaching 60
days will be rebilled with a 15% late charge. Site will be
closed if an open invoice reaches 90 days. At that time,
payment arrangements must be made, and a $5/page reloading fee will apply.
